Job description
Benchmark Education Company is seeking a Regional Consultant Manager to lead the professional development program for schools and BEC partners within the region. You will recruit, coach, and manage a team of regional consultants, delivering content development and training across multiple products.
Responsibilities include annual PD planning, pilot programs, district support, and presenting to clients. Travel up to 50-60% may be required; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
