Job description
STAFFING FISH is seeking a hands-on Regional Controller for a construction and mechanical services company based in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees accounting across multiple locations, leads a small team, and drives integration of acquired entities onto common processes.
You will own month-end close, WIP/CIP, and revenue recognition, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). 6+ years of experience and a BA/Finance degree are required; CPA is a plus.
Salary range:
$130,000–$155,000.
