Job description
Operations Council is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across multiple sites in a large multispecialty physician group. The role requires building operational infrastructure, establishing KPIs, and driving performance improvements to support growth of approximately 30 additional physicians within 2–5 years.
The COO will report to the CEO, align clinical and administrative teams, and work closely with the Executive Leadership to standardize processes and enable scalable growth
