Job description
Pizza Hut's Asia Legal team, based in Singapore, is creating a new role in Gurgaon to support franchise documentation, contract review, corporate secretarial matters, regulatory filings, and legal projects across the region.
The candidate will manage franchise agreements and renewals, review standard contracts, oversee board and shareholder meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with management, auditors, regulators, and external advisers.
