Job description
Busey Bank is seeking a Regional Credit Officer in Illinois to oversee commercial underwriting and portfolio management for designated markets. You will lead a team of credit officers, underwriters and analysts, ensuring timely underwriting and strong borrower relationships while mitigating risk.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Finance, 10+ years in commercial credit, and 5+ years in leadership, with experience managing middle-market loan relationships of $10–$100 million.
