CPR’s Crisis Regional Director in Tempe, AZ leads clinical and operational work across hospitals within the Crisis Department. The role balances hands-on crisis work with regional leadership and partnership development.
The ideal candidate holds AZ licenses (LCSW/LPC/Ph.D./Psy.D.), has 3–5 years of leadership in behavioral health, and prefers prior crisis experience. This full-time position requires travel within the district and a strong commitment to quality care.
