Job description
Southern HealthCare Management, LLC operates 10 Skilled Nursing Centers in North Carolina and seeks a hands-on Dining Director with extensive healthcare food service leadership experience. You will support Culinary Managers across all facilities, ensure survey readiness, budget adherence, and high-quality dining services.
The role requires fieldwork across locations, strong regulatory knowledge, and a passion for consistent standards and resident satisfaction. Up to 90% travel is expected.
