Job description
Excel Dental is seeking a Dental Office Trainer to lead multi-location operations across Greater Boston and the Merrimack Valley. You will step in as interim office manager, stabilize underperforming offices and train/certify new office managers and treatment coordinators in the Excel Dental way.
In this high-impact role you’ll optimize schedules, drive production and collections, coach front office teams on case presentation and financing, and partner with Regional Managers to lift key metrics
