Job description
Dental Care Alliance seeks a Regional Business Partner to lead operations for multiple dental offices in the Miami region. You will collaborate with Dental Directors to implement growth initiatives, optimize production, staffing, and financial performance, and ensure high patient experience across practices.
You will travel ~50% of the time to visit offices, coach managers, and ensure policy compliance while driving new processes and change across the region.
