Job description
Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple general dental practices within the region. You will lead practice managers, implement systems, and monitor performance to ensure top patient care and staff morale.
This exempt, full-time role requires travel up to 75% across Alabama and Florida Panhandle, with compensation in the $75k–$80k range plus bonus opportunities and a company 401k match, health, dental, and vision plans.
