Job description
Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple dental practices in the Florida Panhandle. You will lead Practice Managers, drive high standards of patient care, and implement systems that optimize operations and profitability.
You will travel up to 75% to supported offices, develop training and retention strategies, analyze performance data, and build strong partnerships with local teams to grow the network while maintaining exceptional care standards.
