Job description
Straumann Group in Texas is seeking a Regional Sales Director to oversee the Dental Sales function across a defined region. You will coach 8–10 Territory Managers, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue using CRM and analytics while collaborating with Education, Marketing and HR.
The role requires proven sales leadership, excellent presentation skills, and strong product knowledge across surgical, prosthetics and regenerative areas.
