Job description
Straumann Group in the United States seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead the Dental Sales function within an assigned region. The role includes achieving sales targets, coaching 8-10 Territory Managers, implementing Sales Excellence systems, and providing market insights to leadership.
You will drive short- and long-term sales strategies, coach TMs to hit targets, and collaborate with Education, Inside Sales, Marketing and HR while traveling extensively to support field activities.
