Job description
Black & Veatch is seeking a Regional Construction Operations Leader for the Southeast Design-Build Water group. Based in Tampa or Orlando, you will guide direct-hire construction across multiple states, shaping strategy and building a scalable organization to deliver complex water projects.
You will partner with BD, Delivery, Engineering and Procurement teams to grow market presence, develop talent, and ensure safe, on-time, and profitable project execution across municipal and industrial water
