Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Greater San Antonio area. You will supervise charge nurses, dialysis technicians, and assistants, and report to the Regional VP, ensuring service quality, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires leadership, healthcare background, CMS knowledge, and strong communication. Travel between facilities is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
