Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple subacute dialysis facilities in the Greater Houston Area. You will supervise Charge Nurses, Dialysis Technicians, and Dialysis Assistants, ensuring quality patient care while keeping operations within budget and in compliance with CMS regulations.
Clinically experienced leaders with strong communication and staffing skills will drive service quality, staff development, and revenue growth across facilities.
