Aventura Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (CDM - Certified Dietary Manager) to support regional food service and nutrition operations across multiple Ohio facilities. You will mentor teams, drive dining excellence, and ensure financial and HR objectives are met.
You will oversee facilities in Austintown, North Lima, Trotwood, Dayton, Walton Hills, Springfield, and Youngstown, guiding Food Service Directors and maintaining client relationships while staying compliant
