Classic Collision is seeking a Regional Director to oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple Union City-area locations, ensuring consistency with company standards across shops.
You will coach General Managers, drive KPIs and Standard Work, manage P&L, and build strong relationships with insurance partners and referral sources to grow the business. This role requires travel and a proven ability to elevate safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
