New York Pilates is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to scale operations across NYC and the Hamptons while preserving the exceptional student experience. You will oversee 10 studios, build high-performance teams, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
You will partner with recruiting, finance, and marketing to open new locations, optimize labor, and ensure safety and brand standards. A passion for hospitality and premium service is essential.
