We have partnered with a large Ophthalmology focused and vision management organization with reach across the West Coast looking for a Regional Director of Operations.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
Based on the West Coast
8+ years background in multi site Operations Management
Strong background in Ophthalmology preferred
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the full day to day operations of 8+ clinics across a Southern CA Region
- Full fiscal responsibility of operational budgets, P&L and improvement of revenues
- Working closely with owners of clinics as well as team members at each location
