Job description
Sonova seeks a Regional Director - Central to lead Hearing Care operations across IN/IL/MO/W TN. You will guide the Regional Manager and a team of Hearing Care Professionals, driving sales targets, KPI performance, and exceptional patient care in a fast-growing, consumer and medical solutions business.
You will coach talent, manage change, ensure compliance, collaborate with Real Estate, Branding, and Senior Director, Sales, and shape a culture of excellence within AudioNova's network.
