Job description
DM Clinical Research Group is seeking an Associate Regional Director, Clinical Operations to oversee operational leadership across multiple DM Clinical Research sites within an assigned region. You will drive enrollment, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across sites.
The role reports to VP PMO and Clinical Strategy with dotted-line to COO, requiring strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-site collaboration to scale capabilities and meet growth objectives.
