Job description
Lutheran Senior LIFE in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Director of Community Engagement & Sales to lead all sales activities from lead generation through close for Hudson and Union Counties. This role promotes the PACE program and works to meet census targets.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, 3+ years in healthcare sales/marketing, 4+ years in senior healthcare settings, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
