Job description
Iowa State University is seeking a Regional Director for Region 11 (Benton, Jones, and Cedar counties) to provide leadership to Extension councils and oversee county staff and program delivery. Travel is required and the role supports multi-county partnerships.
The successful candidate will coordinate with Program Specialists, manage resources and reporting, and develop strategies to reach under-served audiences while ensuring compliance with civil rights requirements.
