Job description
LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across a defined region within the Americas.
You will manage a team of quota‑carrying Account Executives and drive the go‑to‑market for complex AI and developer‑oriented software. As Regional Director, you will own regional revenue execution, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and team performance, coaching sellers and aligning with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve win rates and customer outcomes.
