Job description
Freedom Behavioral seeks a Regional Director of Environment of Care to lead EOC and Life Safety programs across multiple hospitals in the region. You will travel regularly to each facility to conduct rounds, inspections, and assessments, ensuring compliant, safe, and well‑maintained environments for patients and staff.
You will guide facility operations, coordinate with administrators and corporate leadership, and drive corrective actions, training, and systemic improvements across the region.
