Job description
Replimune seeks a Regional Director of Field Medical to lead the regional MSL team in support of clinical and business objectives. The RD will recruit, train, deploy, and mentor MSLs across a designated region, collaborating with the National Director and cross-functional partners.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a willingness to travel to engage thought leaders and ensure compliant, effective field activities within the region.
