Job description
The Regional Director, Field Operations at Event Network, LLC provides leadership and operational oversight for an assigned region. You will coach Store Leaders, translate priorities into regional plans, and maintain hands-on field presence to ensure guest experience and standards.
You will own regional performance against sales, EBITDA, payroll, and other KPIs, analyze trends, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and operational excellence across multiple locations.
