Job description
CoStar Group is seeking a Homes.com Regional Director for the Field Sales Account Executives in Chicago, IL. You will lead the regional team, recruit and coach field reps, and drive growth while maintaining top client service and sales standards.
The role requires 3+ years managing sales teams, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver's license. Expect heavy field presence 3-4 days weekly and 50–75% travel; base compensation ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 annually.
