The Waters is seeking a Regional Director of Operations and Food Service to oversee 10 healthcare facilities, providing leadership in operations, finances, human resources and client relations. You will supervise Food Service Directors and drive consistency across locations.
Responsibilities include budgeting, performance reviews, contract management, audits, training, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Travel is required to support facilities and client partners.
