Job description
AccentCare is seeking a Regional Director of Business Operations - Hospice to lead operational excellence across the Central region (CO, IL, IN, TN, MI, MN, MO & WI). This remote role requires 25%-50% travel and living within the territory.
You will guide DBO/MBO development, monitor KPIs, and partner with program leadership to standardize processes while ensuring compliance with AccentCare policies.
