Job description
College Medical Center Long Beach is seeking a senior facilities manager with extensive experience in hospital facilities management, electrical and HVAC systems, and code compliance. You will oversee complex construction projects, maintenance programs and budgets while ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in healthcare facilities management and supervisory experience, with a Professional Engineer license preferred.
