Lifespace Communities is seeking a Director Area Independent Living Sales based in Florida to drive occupancy growth and expand Independent Living across multiple communities. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally within multi-site operations, and a strong background in CCRC/Life Plans.
This role involves developing regional sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and mentoring sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
