Job description
Classic Collision is seeking a Regional Director to oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple locations within a region, typically 5–8 General Managers. The RD will coach GMs to ensure standards, consistency, and accountability, aligning shop results with strategic objectives and AVP directives.
The role requires leading with integrity, driving KPI performance, and coordinating across centers for safety, growth, and profitability.
