Job description
Aspen Surgical is seeking a Region Director to lead the Commercial Sales Team within the Acute Sales segment. You will oversee Account Executives and Account Managers, drive revenue growth, and align with Aspen’s national strategy.
You will recruit, train, and develop top sales talent, maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership, and navigate complex negotiations and contracts to achieve profitability.
