Job description
Navan is seeking a Regional Director of Mid-Market Sales in New York City to build and scale a team of 5-7 Mid-Market Account Executives. You will lead pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure demos and conversions align with the company vision.
You will report to the VP of Mid-Market Sales and drive growth in a hyper-growth environment, hiring top talent and coaching for peak performance across the full sales cycle.
