Department: Regional Operations
Reports to: Regional Vice President
Supervises: Store Management
Purpose:
Leads a region of store operations – specifically: service, retail sales and parts sales. This role is responsible for delivering return on investment for store operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for a cluster of SN Partners’ stores.
Ensure smooth operations for retail whole-good sales, parts sales and repair services.
Focus on customer and employee satisfaction to deliver growth and retention.
Works closely with the Regional VP to set budgets and goals for the stores.
Deliver financial performance in alignment with annual budgets.
Work to streamline in-store processes.
Ensure the company’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with SN Partners’ core values.
Qualifications:
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
5+ years of experience in store operations that include sales and service.
Knowledge of John Deere systems and service office workflow processes.
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
Ability to lead teams and drive accountability.
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
Strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
