Job description
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Regional Director to lead a 130-store region and a team of 11 District Team Leaders, delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance. This role reports to the VP Stores South and manages regional operations, visual execution, and talent development from the Orlando area.
You will drive profitable sales, develop leadership, partner with HQ, and steer regional planning and budgets while maintaining brand standards across stores.
