Regional Director
- Region: Norman & Lawton, OK -
We are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services, a licensed Registered Nurse, responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care across our home health regions in the Norman and Lawton areas . This role coordinates interdisciplinary care, supports clinical staff, and ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and supervision to field staff.
- Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and help develop patient plans of care.
- Ensure compliance with home health regulations and quality standards.
- Participate in the QAPI program and agency in-service training.
- Support staff competency evaluations and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support reimbursement requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health field RN experience within the last three years
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
