Job description
Easterseals Southern California seeks an experienced leader to manage behavioral health services for its autism program within a designated region. You will supervise ARCDs, clinical supervisors and program staff, ensuring clinical quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
You will oversee documentation, audits, budget adherence, and collaboration with HR and scheduling, while staying current with autism research and treatment approaches to drive regional outcomes.
