Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, facility profiles, and other business development resources.

Coordinate regional initiatives designed to improve referral conversion and admission outcomes.

Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure timely communication and follow-up on referral opportunities.

Help ensure a seamless transition from hospital to skilled nursing facility.

Promote the organization's services, clinical capabilities, specialized programs, and value proposition to referral partners.

Represent the organization professionally within the healthcare community.

Travel throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton markets to support facilities and referral relationships.
