Regional Director of Client Success
Recall Masters, the leading provider of automotive recall management solutions, is growing! We’re looking for experienced leaders to join us as Regional Directors of Client Success for the greater Chicago area.
In this dual-impact role, you’ll both manage a dedicated portfolio of dealership clients—ensuring their success and retention—and cultivate new partnerships that expand Recall Masters’ reach.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with dealership executives and teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client success, performance, and ROI
- Proactively identify and drive growth opportunities across your territory
- Prospect and close new dealership partnerships to expand market presence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Performance Mgt teams to deliver results
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience working directly with decision makers in automotive(BIG plus), SaaS, or related B2B industries
- Proven track record of growing accounts and developing new business
- Strong consultative and relationship management skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
