Job description

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations (Registered Dietitian) to oversee regional clinical operations across MA, CT, and RI. You will recruit and lead RDNs, ensure compliant coverage, and manage budgets and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of long-term care dietary leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of driving program improvements in a multi-facility environment.
