Premier Dentist Partners is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for the Great Lakes region. You will oversee multiple dental practices, drive operational efficiencies, manage budgets, and mentor practice leaders to achieve growth and profitability.
The role requires field presence across Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan, with up to 70% travel. A college degree and healthcare operations experience are preferred, along with proficiency in Dentrix or Ascend.
