Job description
Jersey Rehab in New Jersey (Deptford Township) is seeking a Regional Director of Dietary to oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations and survey readiness.
You will partner with facility administrators to standardize menus, monitor budgets, lead staff training, and drive improvements in resident satisfaction and clinical nutrition outcomes, with a strong emphasis on meals per patient day targets.
