Job description
Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee donated goods retail functions across multiple locations in our Shreveport region. This role directs retail stores, outlets, e-commerce, and logistics, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with our mission.
You will manage budgets, analyze P&L, drive revenue growth, develop leaders, and uphold safety standards while delivering a high-quality donor and customer experience.
