Regional Director of Enrollment (Multi-Site Sales Leader)
Job Overview:
$80,000 base. Compensation can exceed $100,000 with bonuses. Plus 80-90% off tuition at our schools for your own child.
Our Future Learning Center operates eight early education schools across Massachusetts. We are creating this role for the first time: one leader who owns the family experience from first inquiry through enrollment, across every school.
Our CRM, phone system, and admissions team are already in place. What we need is someone to design the process and the quality standard around them, and to lead the people who deliver it. You will have real authority to shape how this works.
What you will own
The enrollment journey end to end, from a family's first inquiry to their first day with us
Our admissions and family relations team
The quality standard for how every family is handled at every stage
Weekly funnel reporting, call review, and coaching
Partnering on the tour experience across our schools, and on enrollment for new schools as we grow
What we are looking for
Five or more years leading a team of salespeople as their direct manager
Experience owning a multi-step sales or enrollment funnel across more than one location
Someone who builds process and holds a team to it
Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, given the families we serve
Backgrounds that fit well
Senior living sales leadership, education enrollment management, dental or medical group patient acquisition, or any multi-site consultative sale that depends on getting someone to visit in person. Early education experience is welcome but not required. If you have worked in Sherpa, Enquire, Aline, Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM, tell us.
Compensation and benefits
Uncapped performance bonus tied to enrollment growth. Compensation can exceed $100,000 with bonuses

Hybrid: work from home, our schools, and time in the field, with up to 25% travel, all within metro Boston
Our process
A phone conversation, a video interview, and one or two in-person meetings at our schools. We are aiming for an October start.
