Job description
Selective Insurance seeks an experienced leader to manage the success and profitability of assigned AMS territories within the region, supervising AMS teams, training, coaching, and building strong agency partnerships.
You will work with underwriting teams, support budget goals, ensure service standards, and promote technology to improve efficiency.
The role requires a college degree, 6 years in Commercial Underwriting, Agency Management and Marketing, with supervisory experience preferred.
