Job description
Hotel Equities is seeking an Area Director of Finance to oversee financial operations for Hotel Ziggy in West Hollywood, CA. This strategic leadership role partners with hotel and regional teams to drive profitability, ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance within multi-property environments, strong GAAP knowledge, CPA/CMA preferred, and advanced Excel skills. Travel to properties will be required.
