Krystal is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee 7–10 restaurants, driving sales and profits while coaching restaurant leadership to meet goals. The role emphasizes guest-centric culture, adherence to laws, and brand strategy execution across the region.
You’ll mentor GMs and AMs, ensure operational standards, and partner with Marketing to boost local traffic. Travel is required to supervise and develop teams across locations.
